Job Description

The Role We are looking for a relationship-driven business development professional to expand our presence with builders, contractors, and designers. This is not a traditional showroom sales role. This person will own relationships, drive high-value projects, and play a key role in growing our footprint in the luxury residential market. What You'll Do Build and develop relationships with builders, contractors, and interior designers Proactively identify and pursue new project opportunities Own the sales process from initial conversation through signed contract Present tailored cabinetry solutions aligned with client needs and budgets Prepare and deliver proposals Collaborate closely with design and operations to ensure smooth execution Represent the company at job sites, meetings, and networking opportunities What Success Looks Like (6-12 Months) Established a strong network of builder and designer relationships Consistently generating qualified project opportunities Converting opportunities into signed contracts with healthy margins Becoming a trusted partner to both clients and internal team What This Role Is Not Not a retail showroom position waiting for walk-in traffic Not a transactional, high-volume sales role Not disconnected from project execution What We're Looking For 3-7+ years in sales or business development Experience working with builders, contractors, or designers (strongly preferred) Experience managing project-based sales (not retail transactions) Strong relationship-building and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining urgency Commercial mindset with ability to protect margins Preferred Backgrounds Cabinetry, kitchen & bath design, construction materials, millwork High-end interior products (tile, stone, lighting, etc.) Builder-facing account management roles
Pay:
$63,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
