You will:
Work internet leads, phone leads, and auto showroom traffic Set appointments and drive customers into the dealership Guide customers through the full auto buying process Demonstrate vehicles and build value in the Lincoln brand Follow up to close deals and generate repeat business Stay active and organized in the CRM Hit and exceed monthly sales goals We are looking for: Energetic and motivated to succeed with excellent communication and customer service skills Automotive sales experience preferred, bilingual is a plus Strong closing and follow-up skills Confident and professional with a competitive mindset Able to work in a high-volume environment Comfortable with CRM, texting, and digital communication Valid driver's license and insurance Compensation & Benefits Top performers earn $150,000+ yearly income!
