We are hiring a motivated bilingual English/Spanish Field Business Development Representative to help generate new business by building referral relationships with local businesses. This is not a desk job. This role is for someone who enjoys being out in the field every day, meeting business owners, building relationships, and creating opportunities.
What You'll Do:
Visit 10-15 local businesses per day Build relationships with plumbers, property managers, supply houses, local businesses, and referral partners Introduce our water damage and mold remediation services Follow up consistently by phone, text, and email Track visits, contacts, referrals, and follow-ups Help generate qualified leads and new jobs for the company Represent the company professionally in the field
What We're Looking For:
Fluent English, Spanish preferred High energy and self-motivated Comfortable walking into businesses and introducing yourself Strong communication and relationship-building skills Persistent and not discouraged by rejection Organized with strong follow-up habits Professional appearance and attitude Reliable transportation required Field sales, route sales, B2B sales, home services, construction, roofing, HVAC, pest control, telecom, or hospitality sales experience preferred
Compensation:
$50,000•60,000 base salary Uncapped commission on closed jobs generated from your relationships Performance bonuses Strong income growth potential Strong performers can earn $75,000•120,000+ annually, with top performers having the opportunity to exceed $150,000 as referral relationships and closed jobs grow.
