WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Field Representative, you'll work in South Florida neighborhoods connecting homeowners with our hurricane impact windows, doors, and roofing solutions. You're not selling — you're starting conversations and setting appointments for our consultants to close. ✓ Work your own territory — outdoors, moving, no desk ✓ Talk to homeowners during the day (no cold calling, no phones) ✓ Set quality appointments and earn commission + lead incentives ✓ Attend daily team training and build your skills from day one
