Lead Caller / Appointment Setter

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Lead Caller / Appointment Setter to join our growing office in Davie, FL. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, following up with leads, staying organized, and helping turn interested prospects into scheduled appointments. You do not need years of experience. We are willing to train the right person who has a positive attitude, strong phone skills, and a desire to grow with the company. You will be contacting warm leads, answering basic questions, booking appointments, confirming appointments, and keeping accurate notes in our system. This is not a medical advice role. Your main focus is communication, scheduling, follow-up, and helping patients get connected with the right appointment. There is real opportunity to grow in this position. As performance improves, this role can grow into more hours, higher base pay, more responsibility, and stronger bonus opportunities. Responsibilities Call new and existing leads Follow up with interested prospects by phone and text Book qualified appointments Confirm appointment details with patients Keep accurate notes in the CRM/scheduling system Update lead status and appointment outcomes Follow scripts and improve over time Communicate clearly with the office team Help reduce no-shows through strong confirmation and follow-up Maintain a professional, friendly, and patient-focused attitude What We Are Looking For Friendly and confident on the phone Reliable and punctual Organized with good attention to detail Comfortable making outbound calls Able to follow a script and process Good written and verbal communication Positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable using basic computer systems Sales, call center, front desk, or appointment-setting experience is a plus, but not required Compensation Starting pay: $18/hour Performance bonuses available 90-day performance review Opportunity for base pay increase based on performance, reliability, call activity, appointment quality, and results Bonus Opportunity This role includes performance bonuses for qualified appointments and patients who show and pay.
