What You'll Do Meet with homeowners to assess their HVAC needs and recommend tailored solutions. Present customized service options, product features, and financing plans professionally. Build trust and strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process. Manage multiple sales opportunities while maintaining profit margins. Overcome objections and close sales with professionalism and integrity. Use company-provided tools (iPad, CRM, etc.) to document and manage sales activity. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. Maintain a clean, professional image and a positive attitude on every job.
