Compensation Breakdown:
$35K Base pay plus uncapped commissions Tiered commission on closed contracts based on a sliding scale Reduced commission rate on in-house leads transferred from internal team members for proposal processing
Location:
Deerfield Beach, FL Schedule:
Full-Time, W2 Salaried (Base + Commission) Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends to accommodate customer availability

Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of demonstrated in-home sales experience selling impact windows and doors Proven track record of consistent closing performance and revenue production Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record (company vehicle provided) Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for in-home customer interactions Ability to take accurate field measurements of residential window and door openings Comfort using laptops, tablets, CRM platforms, and digital proposal tools Reliable, self-directed, and able to manage a daily appointment schedule independently Authorized to work in the
United States Preferred Qualifications:
Existing referral network within Broward and/or Palm Beach County Familiarity with leading impact product lines (ES Windows, PGT, Mr. Glass, Eurotech, or comparable) Experience presenting consumer financing programs (GreenSky, Service Finance, GoodLeap, or similar) Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Portuguese)
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
Office-based when not on customer appointments, with daily travel throughout Broward and Palm Beach counties for in-home consultations Ability to enter and navigate residential properties, including stairs and uneven terrain Ability to lift and carry sample materials and demonstration kits (up to 30 lbs) Ability to operate a company vehicle safely and maintain a clean driving record Occasional evening and weekend appointments based on customer availability

Core Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers, presenting ProtectSet products, options, and financing solutions Perform accurate on-site measurements of window and door openings during the consultation Prepare and present professional proposals, answer customer questions, and close signed contracts Own assigned leads from first contact through full project closeout, including post-sale customer communication and assisting the office team with payment collection when issues arise Generate self-sourced opportunities through referrals, networking, past-customer follow-up, and community presence Process internally transferred (in-house) leads professionally and efficiently when assigned Maintain accurate, timely records of customer interactions, appointments, proposals, and pipeline status in company systems Coordinate with the Install Coordinator, operations team, and Sales Manager to ensure smooth project handoff and customer satisfaction Stay current on product knowledge, Florida Building Code (FBC), HVHZ/Miami-Dade NOA requirements, and competitor offerings Attend regular sales meetings, training sessions, and team huddles Represent the ProtectSet brand with professionalism, integrity, and care in every customer touchpoint
