Job Description

GM Elite Marketing, a sales and development firm, is hiring a bilingual sales representative to represent AT&T and work inside our stores across Pembroke Pines. The Bilingual Sales Representative will assist Spanish‑speaking customers in understanding their wireless options, from choosing a new smartphone to picking the right unlimited data plan. You'll cover AT&T's 5G network, device trade‑in values, and explain technical features in simple terms. As a Bilingual Sales Representative, you'll receive specialized training on how to oversee the sales cycle for AT&T's flagship wireless products. Your ability to be Spanish-fluent will be the key to helping customers choose the smartphones and data plans that fit. Our program teaches the Bilingual Sales Representative the skills required to drive sales growth while maintaining a warm demeanor with every customer. Role Responsibilities for a Bilingual Sales Representative Lead customer conversations primarily in Spanish, helping customers explore the best AT&T cell phones and wireless data plans for their needs. Break down AT&T plan options, pricing, and phone features into simple Spanish explanations that build confidence and trust. Guide customers step-by-step through new activations, upgrades, and plan changes in a smooth, easy-to-follow way. Present AT&T smartphones and data plans in a friendly, conversational tone that feels helpful rather than sales-heavy. Identify customer needs through Spanish-language conversations and match them with the right AT&T wireless solutions. Consistently drive sales by turning Spanish-speaking customer interactions into completed AT&T purchases and activations.
