We are currently scaling our B2B operations and looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Representative to focus on our Small-to-Medium Business (SMB) segment and reactivation initiatives. This is a high-volume, tech-enabled role. You will be stepping into a high-functioning sales environment with clean data, established HubSpot workflows, and automated email sequences already generating warm leads. Working directly with our Business Development Manager, your mission is to provide the human connection to our automated outreach—contacting prospects and customers directly to secure orders and win back dormant business. Key Responsibilities
Direct SMB Outreach:
Proactively call and email small-to-medium prospects and existing customers to secure orders and address power solution needs.
Lead Reactivation:
Mine our HubSpot database to identify lapsed customers. Use a mix of direct calling and automated sequences to bring 'lost' revenue back to the business.
Workflow Execution:
Actively monitor our 30-to-360-day automated retention workflows. When a customer shows interest or reaches a reorder milestone, you step in to close the sale.
Inbound Qualification:
Field inquiries from SMB prospects, providing technical consultation on SLA specifications (voltage, capacity, terminals) to ensure they order the correct product.
CRM Excellence:
Maintain clean, accurate records in HubSpot and Shopify, ensuring every interaction is logged and follow-up tasks are executed on time. Required Qualifications
Experience:
1-3 years of professional B2B sales or inside sales experience.
Direct Contact Skills:
Highly comfortable on the phone with the persistence required for high-volume outbound activity (40+ touchpoints daily).
Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency with HubSpot CRM (specifically Sequences and Task Management) and Shopify.
Technical Knowledge:
Ability to learn and communicate technical specifications (voltage, capacity, terminal types) to non-technical customers.
