Door-to-Door Sales Representative

Crystal Glow Window Cleaning LLC is a professional window cleaning company serving Fernandina Beach and surrounding areas. We help homeowners and businesses keep their properties clean, bright, and well-maintained through reliable, high-quality window cleaning services. We are looking for a motivated Door Knocker / Lead Generator to help us introduce Crystal Glow Window Cleaning to local homeowners and businesses, generate leads, and book interested customers for quotes.

Position Overview:

The Door Knocker / Lead Generator will be responsible for walking assigned neighborhoods and/or business areas in Fernandina Beach to speak with potential customers, introduce our services, and collect information from people interested in receiving a window cleaning estimate. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, personable, professional, and comfortable speaking with people face-to-face. No window cleaning experience is required. We will provide paid training.

Responsibilities:

Visit assigned residential neighborhoods and/or local business areas. Introduce Crystal Glow Window Cleaning in a professional and respectful way. Briefly explain our window cleaning services to homeowners and business owners. Identify people interested in receiving a quote or learning more. Collect accurate customer information, including name, phone number, address, and service interest. Help schedule estimates or pass qualified leads to management. Track daily activity, including doors knocked, conversations, leads, and booked appointments. Follow company scripts, training, guidelines, and local rules. Represent the company with honesty, professionalism, and positive energy. Communicate daily results clearly with management.

Pay Structure:

This position includes paid training at $250 + 10% commission per week during the training period. During training, you will learn: How to properly introduce the company. What to say at the door. How to identify a qualified lead. How to collect customer information. How to handle objections professionally. How to represent Crystal Glow Window Cleaning with confidence. After the training period, compensation will transition into a performance-based structure, which may include: Commission or bonus for closed jobs. Additional incentives for strong performance. Final compensation details, including training length and performance pay structure, will be discussed during the interview.

Schedule:

Flexible schedule available. Daytime and early evening availability preferred. Weekend availability is a plus. Must be able to work consistently during agreed-upon canvassing hours.

Requirements:

Strong communication skills. Comfortable speaking with new people face-to-face. Positive attitude and professional appearance. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Reliable transportation to Fernandina Beach neighborhoods. Ability to walk outdoors for extended periods. Ability to follow a script and company process. Must be dependable, coachable, and respectful. Sales, canvassing, customer service, or door-to-door experience is preferred but not required.
