We provide roll-off dumpster rental services to contractors, property managers, warehouses, roofing companies, concrete contractors, demolition contractors, restoration companies, and homeowners. We currently operate a growing fleet of trucks and dumpsters throughout South Florida and are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to help us expand our commercial customer base. Position Overview This is NOT a desk job. We are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven individual who enjoys building relationships, generating leads, and creating new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is comfortable making outbound calls, visiting businesses in person, networking with contractors, and following up consistently until deals are closed. If you're the type of person who can create opportunities instead of waiting for opportunities, we want to talk to you. Responsibilities Prospect and develop new commercial accounts Visit contractors, warehouses, property managers, and construction companies Make outbound calls and follow-up calls daily Build relationships with decision makers Generate dumpster rental opportunities Follow up on estimates and proposals Maintain accurate CRM records Reactivate former customers Attend networking and industry events when needed Work closely with management to develop growth strategies Target Industries General Contractors Roofing Contractors Concrete Contractors Demolition Contractors Property Managers Restoration Companies Warehouses Industrial Facilities Home Flippers Construction Companies Requirements Outside sales experience preferred B2B sales experience preferred Construction industry experience is a plus Strong communication skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Ability to work independently Comfortable with cold calling and in-person prospecting Compensation Structure Weekly base salary Vehicle allowance Commission on new business generated Bonus opportunities for recurring commercial accounts Additional bonuses for achieving monthly growth goals What Success Looks Like Building long-term contractor relationships Developing recurring commercial dumpster accounts Expanding AA Dumpsters' presence throughout South Florida Helping generate enough new business to support continued fleet growth Why Join AA Dumpsters?
