This role is ideal for someone who is personable, self-motivated, and confident in a relationship-driven environment. The Attorney Liaison will play a key role in expanding referral streams through consistent outreach, strong follow-up, event coordination, and a professional presence in the field.
Important:
We are primarily seeking candidates with prior experience in territory-based relationship management, business development, or referral growth. Experience working with attorney offices, personal injury practices, medical marketing, or referral-based healthcare outreach is especially valuable for this role. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Build trust and rapport with referral partners and maintain strong professional relationships Establish, develop, and sustain positive business relationships with attorney offices and their teams Manage and grow a defined territory through consistent outreach, follow-up, and relationship development Travel regularly within the assigned territory and maintain a reliable schedule and outreach cadence Plan, coordinate, and host events to support referral growth and community visibility Communicate effectively with attorneys, office staff, and clients to support a smooth referral experience Apply marketing and visual merchandising concepts to strengthen brand presence and outreach efforts Perform other duties as assigned Existing relationships within the Miami and Fort Lauderdale market are strongly preferred. Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Strong negotiation and follow-up skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work independently Working knowledge of medical billing processes and insurance terminology Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Self-motivated, confident, and comfortable with relationship-based outreach Education and Experience High school diploma required At least 1 year of experience in outside sales, business development, referral relationship management, or territory-based outreach preferred Experience working with attorney offices, personal injury referral sources, or medical field marketing is strongly preferred Candidates with prior experience in PI, legal, or referral-based medical environments will be prioritized Working Conditions Must live within the assigned region Must be available for regular travel up to 80% of the workweek within the assigned territory Physical Demands This role requires the ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation, including: Occasional lifting up to 20 pounds Visual ability sufficient for reading printed materials and computer screens Hearing ability sufficient for in-person and phone communication Ability to communicate clearly in person and over the phone Position Details Full-time Minimum of 40 hours per week Hours may vary based on event schedules, travel, and business needs Additional Information High school or equivalent required Spanish preferred Willingness to travel: 75% required Please Note This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of duties, responsibilities, or qualifications.
