Full Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed closing sales objectives
  • Works closely with Managers to address the needs, goals, objectives, etc. in each of their respective territories
  • Commercial sales are considered 3+ units
  • Utilize company supplied cost analysis software to properly cost out project
  • Commercial Sales Consultant to be scheduled for appointments as required, if representative is not readily available or can be within reasonable time frame have local Sales (residential) conduct site visit
  • Conduct research regarding potential customers and initiate contact to arrange face to face meetings.
  • Effectively communicate to and develop rapport with customers to facilitate the evaluation of customer's potential product needs to make appropriate recommendations
  • Accurately measure and identify tubs or shower bases and walls at the time of the estimate using appropriate checklists, tools and forms
  • Prepare proposals for new work in a complete and professional manner. Review all estimates and revisions for completeness, accuracy and applicable pricing with management prior to customer presentation.
  • Utilize, access of CRM to view schedule, set up or add appointments
  • Deliver and follow up on bid packages (as applicable) to ensure that clients have enough information to make an informed decision.
  • Assist in the planning, execution and delivery of ABAS product and site reconstruction projects.
  • Demonstrate professional conduct and appearance
  • Attend and participate in weekly meetings management team
  • Attend training and associated workshops to increase product knowledge and to stay abreast of company products and pricing as well as familiarity with competitor products and pricing.
  • Participate in commercial trade shows, exhibits, open houses and product demonstrations, promoting company image and products or other events as assigned
  • Maintain all sales presentation materials in top condition, replacing worn items as soon as necessary
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Abide by all company policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned This is a full commission position
