You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers Guide customers through internal and competitor product comparisons to help customers choose best product solution for each application Provide important product specifications to create kits, add accessories and integrate components together Resolve customer inquiries and complaints Develop accounts by checking customer's buying history; suggesting related and new items; explaining technical features. Set follow-up appointments to check on quotes and to keep customers aware of latest product developments Create sales material to present to customers Record correspondence in Salesforce CRM Provide backup support for Order Processing and Warranty departments
Qualifications:
Previous experience in inside sales, technical customer service, or other related fields Exceptional phone etiquette in English Familiarity with CRM platforms Ability to build rapport with clients Strong technical background in electrical, fluid dynamics or other related fields Troubleshooting techniques with emphasis in problem solving and multitasking abilities #FTL
