About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and results driven Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a fast paced environment and knows how to build relationships, close deals, and exceed goals. This role combines new business development and account management, giving you the opportunity to own and grow your book of business while working warm leads and outbound opportunities. If you are confident on the phone, competitive, and know how to turn conversations into revenue, we want to hear from you. What You Will Do Make outbound calls to target businesses within key industries Follow up on warm leads from marketing campaigns Manage and grow an existing book of business and begin earning commission immediately Build strong relationships with new and existing customers Recommend products based on cost, availability, and customer needs Drive revenue through cross selling, upselling, and add on sales Educate customers on product features, benefits, and solutions Track activity, pipeline, and performance using CRM tools Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs What We Are Looking For 1 to 2 plus years of inside sales experience preferred Comfortable making high volume outbound calls Strong communication skills with a professional and confident phone presence Self starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Organized with excellent time management skills Quick learner who can adapt and thrive in a performance driven environment Relationship focused with strong follow through Familiarity with CRM systems and modern sales tools Why Armchem Recession resistant product line with strong repeat business Established brand with over 40 years in the industry Immediate access to active accounts and inbound leads Opportunity to own and grow your territory Supportive leadership and hands on training Compensation and Benefits Base Pay $19.23 per hour plus commission Target Salary $40,000 to $43,000 plus uncapped commission Bonus opportunities based on performance Benefits include Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Supplemental Insurance Options 401(k) Paid Time Off Paid Training Schedule and Work Environment Full Time Monday to Friday Day Shift 8 hours
