We are looking for a skilled International Logistics/Sales Coordinator for a onsite full-time job in Fort Lauderdale. This role works in the global food trade and meat export industry. You will help the sales team by tracking orders, entering data into our systems, and handling international shipping paperwork. This is a great job for someone who is very organized, good with numbers, and knows how to track shipments coming from other countries. How to Apply? High SchoolResponsibilities Enter all sales and orders into our SAP system quickly and correctly. Keep track of inventory numbers. Create spreadsheets and reports using Excel tools like VLOOKUPs and Macros to show how the business is doing. Talk with production teams in South America and global shipping companies to make sure cargo moves without delays. Track global cargo ships and give real-time updates to customers and the Director. Prepare and check important export papers like Invoices, Bills of Lading, and Health Certificates. Fix any errors with order sizes or pricing, and solve shipping problems quickly.
