Paid Training $300 to $500 per Week | Commission Up to 30% Schedule Monday through Thursday, 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Saturday, 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Sunday, 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Fridays off. About the Role Worxweb Solutions is connecting qualified sales professionals with a premier moving carrier based in Oakland Park, Florida. This organization provides professional relocation services nationwide and is known for a customer-focused approach and a team culture that supports long-term growth. This is an onsite sales position focused on working inbound and outbound leads, closing deals, and building client relationships in a high-volume, phone-based environment. The moving industry is a stable and growing sector, and top performers in this role build substantial income quickly through a tiered commission structure. What You Will Do Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage prospective customers and move them through the sales process. Convert leads into closed contracts for moving services with confidence and professionalism. Negotiate pricing and finalize agreements with customers. Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Meet and exceed individual sales targets consistently. What We Are Looking For Phone sales experience is required. Prior experience in moving or relocation sales is strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to close deals and manage a pipeline. Goal-oriented with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets. Ability to commit to the schedule listed above, including weekend availability. Compensation Paid training of $300 to $500 per week based on experience. Upon completion of training, commission is structured as follows: 15% on sales under $5,000, 20% on sales between $5,000 and $7,499 25% on sales between $7,500 and $12,000 30% on sales over $12,000.
