Job Description

Job purpose The Regional Sales Specialist (RSS) plays a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence. This position is responsible for achieving quarterly and annual sales targets by managing a defined territory through proactive, phone-based outreach. The RSS engages distributors and integrators, promotes SimplyBRANDS messaging, and identifies opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business. Duties and responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a designated sales territory to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls and follow-ups with distributors and integrators daily
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new prospects
  • Clearly communicate the SimplyBRANDS value proposition and product offerings
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Track sales activities, pipeline, and opportunities in CRM system
  • Stay informed on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape
  • Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and follow-up communication in a timely manner Qualifications
  • Position is an in-office position, must be located: Ft Lauderdale FL
  • Min 1 -3 years of inside sales experience: focused industry (IT, Security, and/or AV) preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable making a high volume of daily outbound calls
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers remotely Working and Physical requirements
  • Working Knowledge of 2-tier channel approach
  • Strong closing skills, with proven listening, oral, written, telephone and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Familiarity in measuring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPI) and CRM
  • Primarily working from SimplyBRANDS office but will occasionally be asked to travel (less than 10%), representing SimplyBRANDS in the field.

  • This is not an order taking position, an RSS must be comfortable making a high volume of daily calls becoming the subject matter expert for both distributors and integrators in your territory.
