Manufactured Home Sales Consultant

  • Full-time We are looking for a driven, self-directed Home Sales Consultant to own the full sales function across two manufactured housing communities in Fort Meade and Sebring.
You will work inbound leads from our leads pipeline and generate your own leads through Facebook Marketplace, community groups, and organic outreach. You will show brand new mobile homes, build relationships, and close sales — while managing your own pipeline end to end in HubSpot. Total compensation exceeds $100,000 for strong performers as our target is 15 new home sales per year. Base salary included with competitive commission structure. The right candidate is not just someone who can close — they are someone who takes full ownership of the sales process, follows through on every lead, maintains a retail-ready environment, and brings consistency and professionalism to every buyer interaction. This role reports directly to senior leadership and requires a self-directed, team-player mindset.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation & Pipeline Management Call every inbound lead from our leads pipeline within 24 hours of receipt Post available homes on Facebook Marketplace and in Florida MHC and 55+ community Facebook groups consistently Respond promptly to all inquiries across MHVillage, MyStateMLS, Zillow, and Facebook Log all lead contacts, follow-ups, tours, and pipeline activity in HubSpot within 24 hours Provide a weekly pipeline summary every Monday morning. Pipeline activity, lead follow-up, and tour bookings reviewed by leadership weekly. Sales & Closing Execute and engage in the full sales process with all clients and prospects Engage all clients immediately upon entering the sales office or community Conduct engaging home tours that connect buyers emotionally to the community and lifestyle Build genuine relationships with prospective buyers — understand their needs, timeline, and financing situation Guide buyers through the full purchase process from first inquiry to closing Process and complete sales contracts and closing paperwork accurately and completely Process and track warranties and titles in coordination with our title company Coordinate with title and closing partners to ensure smooth, complete transactions Demonstrate five-star customer service at all times Open Houses & Community Events Facilitate open houses on a regular weekly and monthly cadence Provide a written open house recap to leadership following each event Engage prospective buyers at open houses and community events to build the sales pipeline Property & Sales Office Standards Ensure model homes and the sales office are open, clean, and retail-ready during all business hours Inspect communities, models, and signage regularly to identify and address anything that needs attention Complete community, model, and spec home inspection reports and submit weekly Maintain a professional sales office environment at all times Listing Management Post new available homes to all platforms within 24 hours of availability Keep all listings current, accurate, and well-photographed across all platforms Relist Facebook Marketplace listings every 7 days to maintain visibility Coordinate with community managers on home availability, condition, and showing logistics Documentation & Communication Document and file all client communication thoroughly Maintain system updates in HubSpot daily as needed Work collaboratively with leadership on customer requests and any issues that arise
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience with a demonstrable track record of closing Demonstrated ability to manage your own pipeline and activity independently Daily comfort with technology — CRM, Facebook, email, and listing platforms Daily CRM use required — HubSpot strongly preferred. All activity logged within 24 hours, every day. Ability to process and complete sales contracts and closing paperwork Strong professional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and key attention to detail Willingness and availability to work weekends when buyers are most active Valid Florida driver's license and reliable personal transportation Must be able to pass a thorough background check — required for all hires Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent weekly schedule Professional demeanor — comfortable working around residents and prospective buyers daily Preferred Experience in manufactured housing, mobile home sales, or residential real estate Familiarity with 55+ communities and the buyer demographic Comfort posting on Facebook professionally for business purposes Experience working for an independent or small operator — not just large corporate environments
