Responsibilities:
Assist customers in finding the right vehicle to fit their needs and budget Build relationships and provide an exceptional customer experience Conduct vehicle walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drives Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic Maintain product knowledge on current inventory, features, and financing options Work closely with management to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction targets Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and customer communication
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales experience preferred but not required — we will train the right candidate Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and self-motivation Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Valid driver's license and clean driving record
