You'll receive warm leads generated by the company while also having the opportunity to develop your own pipeline through networking, referrals, business relationships, and community involvement. This is not a call-center position, and it's not a high-pressure sales environment. We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, networking within the community, creating opportunities, and helping homeowners and business owners find solutions that genuinely fit their needs. What You'll Be Selling Residential HVAC system replacements and installations Preventative maintenance agreements Residential service opportunities Light commercial HVAC services Commercial maintenance agreements Indoor air quality solutions HVAC system upgrades and accessories Once a job is sold, our office handles scheduling, coordination, permitting, and installation logistics so you can stay focused on building relationships and generating business. Independent Contractor Information This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, transportation, insurance, and business expenses.
