OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Lee & Collier County | Commission-Only | Unlimited Earning Potential Print Spark is growing fast, and we're looking for a motivated, outgoing, relationship-driven sales rep to help us dominate Southwest Florida. This is NOT a sit-behind-a-desk sales job.
We want someone who loves:
Meeting people Walking into businesses confidently Building relationships Networking in the community Chasing opportunities Closing deals Creating their own success You'll be representing a fast-growing branding and apparel company that helps businesses look professional through custom apparel, uniforms, promotional products, signs, printing, and branding solutions. Our ideal rep is hungry, self-motivated, personable, and competitive. Experience is great, but energy, consistency, confidence, and communication matter even more to us. This role covers Lee County & Collier County and focuses heavily on: In-person outreach Networking events Visiting local businesses Building long-term client relationships Generating new accounts Following up and closing sales
COMMISSION STRUCTURE 8
% commission on all sales 10% commission once monthly sales hit $20K+ 12% commission once monthly sales hit $35K+ 15% commission once monthly sales hit $50K+ (Once you hit a tier, that commission percentage applies to ALL sales within that calendar month.) Why This Role is
