We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Representative to help expand our customer base and grow existing accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious salesperson who enjoys building relationships, creating new business opportunities, and being rewarded for performance. As we continue to grow, we are looking for someone who wants to grow with us. What You'll Do Prospect and develop new foodservice accounts throughout Southwest Florida. Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, chefs, kitchen managers, and purchasers. Present products, pricing, and service solutions that meet customer needs. Grow sales within existing accounts through regular visits, product recommendations, and exceptional service. Identify opportunities to introduce new products and increase customer profitability. Resolve customer concerns and work closely with our operations team to ensure outstanding service. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. Meet and exceed sales and growth goals. What We're Looking For Previous food sales experience required. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to succeed. Ability to work independently while remaining a team player. Organized with strong time management skills.
