We specialize in tile, LVP, hardwood, carpet, and commercial flooring installations throughout Florida. Our company is growing rapidly, and we are seeking an experienced Sales Representative who is eager to build relationships, generate new business, and contribute to our continued success. Responsibilities Generate and qualify new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and prospecting. Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, contractors, builders, general contractors, and commercial clients. Meet with potential customers to discuss flooring and construction solutions. Prepare and present proposals and project recommendations. Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process. Collaborate with project managers and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Attend networking events and community functions to promote Mozelli Flooring. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Meet and exceed monthly sales goals. Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience required. Experience in flooring, construction, home improvement, building materials, or related industries strongly preferred. Proven ability to generate leads and close sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven. Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. The first two months are designed to provide support while learning our products, services, and sales process.
