Will handle customers from leads all the way to the sales delivery. Dealer group has been in business since 1907 and continues stronger every year. Come be a part of an amazing dealer group where growth and opportunity is a real thing. Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products and services to effectively communicate benefits to customers. Assist in inventory control by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as necessary. Provide sales support by processing transactions accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies that drive sales growth. Participate in outside sales activities, including attending trade shows or community events to promote products. Foster relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Utilize software tools for tracking sales performance and managing customer interactions. Experience Proven experience in retail sales or a related field is preferred. Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to cater to a diverse customer base. Familiarity with automotive sales is a plus but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with a focus on building rapport with clients. Experience in inventory control practices is beneficial. Previous experience in sales support or management roles will be an advantage. Proficiency in relevant software applications for sales tracking and reporting is essential.
