  • Full-time Gary Smith Ford is looking for full-time professional Automotive Sales Consultants with excellent customer service skills to come join us in our growth.

  • Draws paid weekly and monthly commissions paid by the 10th of each month!
Automotive Sales Consultant Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Work directly with customers to determine vehicle needs by asking questions and listening, demonstrate vehicle features, take customers for test drives and answer sales calls and emails Be well informed of vehicle inventory, features, accessories, etc., and how they meet the needs of the customer Maintain a prospect development system for referrals and owner follow-up for repeat business Meet established sales goals and objectives Other duties as assigned
Automotive Sales Consultant Requirements:
Previous sales experience preferred but not necessary. We will train the right candidate! Must be able to operate a manual and automatic transmission Must be a self-starter and have strong desire to make money Bilingual in Spanish a plus Professional appearance and great customer service Ability to work in all types of weather, including high heat Excellent communication skills A valid drivers license and acceptable MVR history is required as a condition of employment Must be able to pass a drug test as we are a drug free workplace
  • All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include: background checks and drug testing to qualify for employment
Automotive Sales Consultant Work Schedule:
Monday
  • Friday 8:30 am
  • 7:00 pm and Saturday 8:30 am
  • 5:00 pm (scheduled off day each week) Auto Sales Consultants must work 6 days per week on the last week of each month.
