• Job Description Safe and Sound Roofing is seeking an experienced Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team in Fruitland Park, Florida.

This position focuses on storm restoration roofing and insurance-required upgrades, working directly with homeowners, insurance carriers, and legal partners to ensure projects are handled correctly from start to finish. This is a commission-only role best suited for a motivated, self-driven sales professional with prior roofing or storm restoration experience.

• Responsibilities Generate and develop your own roofing leads Conduct roof inspections and document storm or age-related damage Assist homeowners through the insurance claim process Work with insurance adjusters and attorneys as needed Present roofing solutions and close contracts Manage projects from signed agreement through completion Maintain accurate job documentation and communication
• Lead Structure & Support Majority of leads are self-generated Office-generated leads are provided to sales reps who demonstrate consistent production and quality work Back-end support provided to ensure claims, supplements, and builds are handled properly
