Gainesville Harley-Davidson is looking to hire 1-2 engaged individuals looking to sell the most iconic motorcycle brand in the world, Harley-Davidson. The economy is turning in the right direction and because of this we are in need of additional sales staff as more and more people are looking to us for their dream motorcycle. At Gainesville Harley-Davidson we strive for excellent customer satisfaction and to generate Customers For Life in our dealership. We have been in business for 30+ years and continually set sales and customer satisfaction records with Harley-Davidson for sales, service, and apparel. We are one of only 25 dealers nationwide to earn the prestigious HD Bar and Shield Award for customer excellence plus are a 3 years in a row recipient of the HD Platinum Wrench Award for excellent customer service experience. The individuals we are seeking must be team players with a passion for helping our customers purchase the motorcycle of their dreams. We offer competitive pay and a fun working environment. Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their motorcycling needs and provide tailored solutions. Utilize effective communication and speaking skills to present vehicle features and benefits. Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a positive customer experience. Maintain knowledge of inventory and assist in inventory placement. Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and follow up with leads. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance dealership performance.
