Seasonal | Independent Contractor (1099) | Commission Only About the Opportunity We are seeking motivated sales professionals for an appointment-based, in-home sales opportunity. All appointments are generated through television and internet advertising and are scheduled for you in advance. No cold calling No door-to-door sales No telemarketing No prospecting No lead generation required Customers contact us directly requesting information and appointments are confirmed prior to assignment, allowing representatives to focus on conducting professional presentations and serving customers. Responsibilities Conduct in-home sales presentations Follow an established sales system Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions Complete required sales documentation Travel throughout your assigned territory Maintain a professional appearance and attitude What We Provide Company-provided appointments TV and internet-generated leads Customers who have requested information Typical presentation length of approximately 90 minutes Average appointment volume of approximately 2-3 appointments per day Established sales process and training Requirements Legal U.S. resident or citizen Must reside within an approved hiring market area Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Current proof of auto insurance Smartphone with active phone and internet service Ability to work independently Must meet all company qualification requirements for the position Training Selected candidates must attend and successfully complete a required 2½-day training program held in a hotel conference room before appointments are assigned. Hotel accommodations are provided. Representatives are responsible for transportation and applicable personal expenses. Compensation This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
