Job Description

This role is built for a content creator at heart. We are not looking for someone who is "okay" with social media. We want someone who is obsessed with it. The kind of person who is already spending their free time dreaming up skits, filming videos, and posting content because they genuinely love it. If you find yourself brainstorming ideas in the shower, staying up late to edit a video, or checking comments before you even get out of bed — you are exactly who we have in mind. Motory Group is a growing multi-state buy here pay here dealership group. We put customers behind the wheel and we do it with honesty, process, and hustle. Our sales team is on the front lines — making calls, building relationships, and now, building our brand online. We need someone who can do all of it. What you will be doing On any given day, you will be working the phones, following our proven sales process, serving customers face to face, and creating social media content that reflects who we are. You will respond to messages and comments, keep up with engagement on our platforms, and bring creative energy to how we show up online. You will also support general dealership operations as needed — this is a roll-up-your-sleeves kind of team.
What we are looking for:
You are a genuine social media enthusiast — creating, posting, responding, and engaging is something you already do for fun, not something you need to be asked to do (Must Have) Comfortable making up to 80 outbound calls per day (Must have) Strong communicator — with customers, teammates, and in written form (Must Have) Process-oriented — you follow the system and trust it (Must have) Customer service first mindset — every interaction reflects on the brand (Must Have) Available to work Monday, Friday, and Saturday (Must Have) Willing to support other dealership tasks as the team needs (Must Have) Able to perform and close under pressure (we will coach this) Experience negotiating or closing a vehicle sale (we will train this) Experience networking with other dealerships or industry contacts (We can train this) Comfortable completing vehicle sale paperwork accurately (we will train this) Excited by commission structure, and to be paid in direct correlation with the money you make the company. $40,107.65 - $70,427.04 per year
