Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Service BDC (Business Development Center) Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, handling inbound and outbound communications to generate leads, schedule appointments, and support our service team. Your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will drive customer engagement and contribute directly to our dealership's success. Duties Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries with a friendly, professional attitude Make outbound calls to follow up on appointments, re-engage past customers, and promote special offers Schedule appointments for service advisors that align with customer needs Maintain an organized pipeline within CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track interactions and follow-ups Collaborate with the service team by providing qualified leads and supporting their outreach efforts Ensure all customer interactions adhere to high standards of phone etiquette, communication skills, and professionalism Skills Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments Multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases Familiarity with CRM software (Drive Centric experience preferred) Excellent organizational skills to manage a busy pipeline efficiently Experience in dealership or automobile service is highly desirable Exceptional communication skills including phone etiquette and active listening Join us as a Service BDC Agent and become a vital part of our team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service while driving dealership growth!
