Job Overview As an HVAC Comfort Advisor, you will meet with homeowners, evaluate their heating and cooling needs, and present customized system solutions. This is a high impact, commission only sales role designed for top performers who are confident in their ability to close and maximize earning potential. Your success will be driven by your ability to build trust, present value, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. What We Offer 100% Commission Based Pay with High Earning Potential Work life balance Paid Training to help you grow individually and professionally 80% Company Paid Medical Insurance Dental, Vision, Short Term and Long Term Disability 2 Weeks PTO Employee Assistance Program Vehicle, Cell phone, iPad, Gas Card Responsibilities Meet with customers in their homes to assess HVAC needs and present solutions Design and recommend system replacements, upgrades, and indoor air quality solutions Provide clear, professional proposals and explain options in a consultative manner Deliver a high level customer experience from initial contact through close Follow up on leads and maintain strong communication throughout the sales process Work closely with installation and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution Maintain accurate records and documentation in ServiceTitan Achieve and exceed sales goals and performance metrics Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company brand at all times Participate in ongoing sales and product training Qualifications 5+ years of HVAC sales or in home sales experience required Proven track record of closing high ticket sales Strong communication and relationship building skills Ability to present options and close in a consultative sales environment Mechanical aptitude or HVAC knowledge preferred ServiceTitan experience a plus Bilingual is a plus Strong time management and organizational skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
