In-Home Design Consultant Sales Representative

Job description Re-Bath of Mid Florida is currently looking to expand it's outside sales team. This position offers paid training and transitions into 100% commission paid sales role. Our sales associates make $100,000-$150,000 in annual commissions. We are a family owned franchise with 17 years in the bathroom remodeling industry. Triple A rated with the Better Business Bureau, we have an excellent reputation. We want you to be a part of our team! Drive to 2-3 appointments a day to meet with homeowners looking to remodel their bathroom. Show homeowners our materials and take measurements of their bathrooms. Complete sales process, quote and sales paperwork accurately. No cold calls. Appointments are qualified and scheduled for you. Attend a bi-weekly sales meeting at our showroom for continued training and information. Work Monday through Friday and every other Saturday.

NO SUNDAYS.

Stay up to date with company training webinars. Job Qualifications In home sales experience 2 years minimum. Ability to do basic math with measuring, adding and subtraction. Ability to use and read a tape measure. Patient and provide excellent customer service. Communicate clearly verbally and in writing. iPad and computer savvy are a must! Clean background check and driving record. Reliable vehicle to drive to appointments. Growth mindset and willingness to learn. Job Benefits Company provided shirts. Company provided iPads.
