Position Summary As a Sales Representative / Account Executive at ERPS Group, you will be a driving force in our mission to make a lasting impact on the financial health of business owners and medical professionals. From the first cold call to closing meaningful deals, you will own the full sales cycle, expanding our client base and building strong, long-term relationships. What You'll Do Lead Full Sales Cycle :
Own the entire sales process—from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction.
Cold Calling & Outreach :
Conduct daily outbound cold calls to introduce prospects to ERPS Group's solutions, sparking interest and engagement.
Lead Generation :
Identify, qualify, and engage new leads, presenting our services as the solution to their financial challenges.
Relationship Building :
Establish strong connections with prospects, gaining insights into their needs and offering tailored solutions that resonate.
Sales Presentations :
Deliver compelling, customized presentations of ERPS Group's services, both virtually and in-person, to engage potential clients.
Negotiation & Closing :
Confidently negotiate terms, address client concerns, and ensure the value proposition resonates, closing deals successfully.
Account Management :
Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing engagement and exploring upsell opportunities to increase value.
CRM Management :
Keep detailed records of communications and interactions in our CRM system (GHL/HubSpot) for accurate tracking and reporting.
Sales Targets :
Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals by closing deals and securing appointments for deeper consultations.
Market Research :
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and new products, using insights to refine your sales approach and remain competitive.
Collaboration :
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share feedback, and enhance lead conversion rates.
What You Bring Sales Experience :
Proven success in full-cycle sales, including cold calling, lead generation, and closing.
Communication Skills :
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage, persuade, and build rapport with clients.
Resilience & Rapport-Building :
Tenacity in overcoming rejection, paired with a natural ability to build lasting relationships quickly.
Self-Motivated & Target-Driven :
A proactive go-getter who thrives both independently and as part of a team.
CRM Savvy :
Comfortable using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) to manage sales pipelines and track client interactions.
Industry Insight :
Experience in financial services, tax planning, or related industries is a plus, enabling you to speak knowledgeably to prospects' needs.
Strategic Growth & KPI Management :
Experience in growing a sales department, managing KPIs, and leveraging insights to drive team development and success.
Process Optimization & Documentation :

$3,000/month ($36,000/year)

100% Commission-Based with guaranteed income and aggressive earning potential

W2 Employee / 1099

Unlimited qualified leads provided—call as many as you can handle
Training:
Ongoing daily sales training and coaching to help you close faster and scale your income Earning Potential With our performance-based compensation structure, your earnings can exceed $250,000+ per year . Your effort and results directly determine your rewards —there's no cap on your income.
Performance Expectations Talk Time Requirement:
Minimum of 4 hours of live call time per day
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:20 AM - 6:00 PM Optional Weekends available for those who want to go above and beyond
