In this role, you will be the vital link that ensures seamless communication between sales, marketing, and customer service teams. Your proactive approach will help drive customer satisfaction, support account management initiatives, and contribute to the overall growth of our Sales. This position plays a critical role in maintaining customer relationships, generating reorders, and ensuring customers receive exceptional service. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for helping clients succeed, this is the perfect opportunity to make an impact! Duties Contact customers regarding reorders and inventory replenishment. Follow up on open invoices and payment status. Send product catalogs, line sheets, samples, and marketing materials. Assist customers with product questions and order inquiries. Maintain customer records and communication logs. Create and update Excel spreadsheets for account management and sales tracking. Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely shipments. Support sales representatives with administrative tasks and account follow-up. Experience
  • 3+ years experience in same or similar roles.
  • College Degree
  • Advance proficiency in Excel and report analysis and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency of professional level written and spoken English is required. Fluency is Spanish is a plus.
  • Entrepreneur mindset and flexibility in tasks.
  • Strong sales skills and ability to talk to clients.
  • 100% office based role and not remote based. Strong phone and communication skills.
