Sales Representative

Coastal Auto Shipping is looking for a unique individual with some sales experience to not only do a sales position but so much more. This will be a very important position. The individual chosen will be coordinating possibly the biggest move in someone's life. From pick up and drop off at a location to shipping overseas by vessel. All this must be achieved with excellent customer service as we are a five star company and intend on continuing to offer five star service to ALL our customers. We focus our business on repeat customers and customer loyalty.

Job Responsibilities :

Taking phone calls Preparing customers quotes Placing phone orders Following up with customers in a timely matter Assuring all documentation is correct and ready for the shipping process Coordinating drop off and pick up of vehicles

Requirements:

English and Spanish are our main languages, other languages are also appreciated Good English writing capabilities to communicate with customers via email is a MUST Good communication skills over the phone Not afraid to talk to people Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, .......... Reliable and Trustworthy Able to work: Flexible schedule Must be money motivated! If you want to make sales and earn commission then this job is for you! Must be computer literate Be positive, passionate and with a "Can Do" attitude! Although we will train to use our systems, individuals should have computer skills. This position is commission based ONLY but you will be compensated for your training time. This is a full time job, prior sales experience is important but not mandatory.
