We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused International Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. Position Summary The International Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, converting leads into active accounts, and managing the sales process from initial inquiry through shipment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced international business environment and is passionate about helping customers grow their business through access to leading U.S. brands and export solutions. Hours:
Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4:00 PM Key Responsibilities Business Development & Account Management Engage with new leads and onboard customers into the iWebGrocer portfolio. Develop strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and importers worldwide. Identify opportunities to grow existing customer accounts through cross-selling and new product introductions. Provide customers with product recommendations, market insights, and pricing strategies. Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term business growth. Follow up with all leads and customers in a timely fashion on all requests. Cold call leads and set up meetings to close new accounts. Keep internal CRM up-to-date and record various interactions to allow proper follow-ups with accounts. Sales & Order Management Build and quote full container load (FCL) and mixed container programs. Prepare and revise quotations based on customer requirements. Assist customers with product selection and assortment planning. Follow up on quotations, samples, and open opportunities to maximize conversion rates. Manage the complete sales process from inquiry to shipment. Customer Service & Export Support Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Provide updates regarding inventory, production schedules, shipment status, and expected delivery dates. Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and shipped on time. Assist customers with export documentation requirements and country-specific requests. Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally. CRM & Reporting Maintain accurate customer records within the company CRM system. Record customer interactions, pricing agreements, sales opportunities, and follow-up activities. Track account activity and provide sales forecasts and pipeline updates. Monitor sales performance against established targets. Product & Market Knowledge Continuously stay informed on product offerings, pricing changes, and market trends. Develop expertise across grocery, confectionery, snacks, beverages, household products, and health & beauty categories. Identify new opportunities and emerging market trends that can drive sales growth. Qualifications Required Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and customer accounts simultaneously. Strong customer service mindset with exceptional follow-up skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Preferred Previous B2B sales experience. International sales or export experience. FMCG, grocery, consumer packaged goods, food & beverage, or health & beauty industry experience. CRM experience. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
