They will provide patients with information about the doctors, company, products, and surgical and non-surgical procedures. They are responsible for consulting with surgical and non-surgical patients and providing education on procedures and treatment plans. Assists with financing, transportation, post-surgical recovery options, and various special needs that may arise. Work closely with the doctors and other providers involved in all aspects of the patient's experience. Manage all patient payments and financing. Provide scheduling for the patient. Represent the organization with a positive and professional image in all levels of operation, internal and public. Act as a liaison between patient and surgeon. Responsible for selling products and services to our patients when they are visiting our practice and/or during their consultations (in-person or phone) Following up with previous patients to renew their interest. Counsels new and prospective cosmetic patients on booking procedures in person and via phone, e-mail, and mail follow-up communication Books cosmetic surgeries and works with surgical coordination team to ensure smooth scheduling Oversees booking of treatments and procedures. Works with the scheduling team to ensure the doctor's schedule is optimized for efficiency Gaining knowledge on health requirements for surgery. This is a

Pay:

Hourly plus commission. Training is paid hourly.
