Monday to Friday | 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM About the Company FL Green Innovations, operating under Atlas Remodeling LLC, specializes in roofing, windows, doors services. We are expanding our canvassing team across South Florida and looking for motivated individuals ready to generate appointments through door-to-door outreach. Position Overview As a Canvas Representative, you will go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods introducing homeowners to our services and setting qualified appointments for our sales team. When a sale closes from an appointment you generated, you earn commission. Compensation Choose between $4000 per month based pay or 6% commission on closed sales from the appointments you personally generate. You can make between $6000-$12000 in commissions! You will receive whichever is greater — your guaranteed base salary or your commission earnings. High performers can earn significantly more than the base. Responsibilities Conduct door-to-door canvassing in assigned South Florida neighborhoods Educate homeowners about our roofing, window and door services Set qualified appointments for in-home sales representatives Track daily activity and appointment results Maintain professionalism and strong customer communication Requirements Strong communication and people skills Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods daily Self-motivated and goal-driven Reliable vehicle (owned car is acceptable for work use) Previous canvassing or sales experience is a plus As part of the process, submitting a 1-2 minute introductory video is optional but highly recommended, please follow the application instructions carefully: Record a 1-2 minute video introducing yourself — share your sales experience and explain why you would be a great fit for this position.
