Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically-minded Inside Sales Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our parts department. In this role, you will be responsible for everything from initial quoting and processing purchase orders to managing shipping and final invoicing. As the primary point of contact for parts support, you will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, handle inquiries or complaints, and collaborate closely with executive leadership to optimize department performance. Utilize technical orientation and strong attention to detail to accurately identify parts and generate customer quotes. Responsible for creating and maintaining recommended spare parts lists for clients. Partner with the shipping and receiving department to ensure the timely, accurate handling of all parts orders. Monitor freight and shipping costs closely to minimize expenditures and maximize efficiency. Work directly with outside vendors to acquire comprehensive parts lists and competitive pricing quotes.
