Inside Sales Representative

- Part-time, Full-time About the Role Growing moving company in South Florida is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to close moving jobs over the phone. You will work with warm and cold leads, build quotes, handle objections, and secure deposits to lock the job into the calendar. Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for local and long-distance moves.
- Build accurate moving quotes based on customer needs.
- Overcome objections and close deals over the phone.
- Collect deposits and confirm dates to officially book the job.
- Follow up with open leads and keep the CRM (Granot) updated with notes and statuses. Compensation
Commission:
20% of gross profit on every job you close with a paid deposit (booking with deposit required).- Base pay listed reflects shift hourly minimum; real earnings are driven by commissions on closed jobs.
- Option for base + commission package for strong, experienced candidates with consistent shift availability.
- Shift-based work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Requirements (Must-Have)
- High-level English
- spoken and written.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of results.
- Availability to work in shifts (including some evenings/weekends as needed).
- Reliable transportation and mobility to arrive on time for shifts.
- Clean criminal record (background check may be required by law). Nice to Have
- Previous experience in phone sales / call center / inside sales.
- Experience selling services (moving, logistics, home services, insurance, etc.).
- Additional languages (Spanish / Hebrew)
- big plus in South Florida.
Pay:
$14.00- $15.
