Job Description
Job Overview TWN Industries is seeking a motivated Sales & Account Representative to join our sales team. This is an in-person entry-level sales role for someone with prior sales experience who is ready to grow in a fast-paced B2B environment. This position is responsible for managing customer accounts, handling inbound and outbound sales calls, following up with leads, preparing quotes, cold calling, cold emailing, and supporting sales growth across TWN's product lines. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, organized, coachable, and comfortable building relationships with customers. Responsibilities Manage and grow assigned customer accounts through consistent follow-up and communication. Handle inbound calls, emails, website leads, online orders, and customer inquiries. Conduct outbound sales calls to current customers, past customers, and new prospects. Follow up on leads, quotes, sample requests, and open sales opportunities. Learn TWN's products and services to confidently communicate value to customers. Use HubSpot and internal systems to track sales activity, follow-ups, and opportunities. Assist with trade show sales support and follow-up (includes paid travel). Meet sales activity goals, follow-up expectations, and performance targets. Experience Prior sales experience is required. Experience with phone sales, inside sales, customer service, cold calling, or account management is preferred. Comfortable making outbound calls and sending sales emails. Highly organized and able to manage multiple customers, leads, and follow-ups. Self-motivated, coachable, and willing to learn. Interest in manufacturing, coatings, automotive, outdoor, or industrial products is a plus.
