We are seeking motivated, energetic, and outgoing individuals to join our growing sales team.
Position Overview:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients. You will play a critical role in generating leads, scheduling qualified appointments, and supporting our outside sales team. The ideal candidate is personable, driven, and confident, engaging with decision-makers over the phone. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in B2B sales with strong earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential businesses that would benefit from City Wide's services. Make 1,500+ outbound calls per month to prospective clients. Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the outside sales team. Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate notes, calls, and records. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance reports. Follow up with prospects by sending requested information, thank you notes, and other correspondence. Meet or exceed monthly activity metrics, appointment targets, and revenue goals. Support other sales initiatives and projects as needed.
Performance Expectations:
Minimum of 8 qualified appointments per month. Revenue generation target of approximately $12,000 from appointments. Complete 80-100 calls/emails daily. Maintain or improve appointment-to-sale ratio.
Qualifications Qualifications:
High school diploma required; college degree preferred. 3-4 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, call center, or prospecting/cold calling. Exceptional communication and customer service skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Previous experience with CRM systems is a plus. Must have reliable transportation.
