This position requires previous HVAC industry knowledge and experience. The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact for contractors, technicians, dealers, and customers by providing product support, processing orders, and delivering excellent customer service. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and confident communicating with customers over the phone, by email, and in person. Responsibilities Handle incoming and outgoing sales calls professionally and efficiently Perform cold calling and proactively develop new customer relationships Assist customers with HVAC equipment, parts, accessories, pricing, and product selection Support the sales team by entering orders, preparing quotations, and following up on order status Respond promptly to customer and prospect emails Communicate product features, specifications, availability, and technical information accurately Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment Maintain organized customer records and sales documentation Assist Customer Service department as backup support when needed Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, technicians, and trade professionals Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) HVAC industry experience and product knowledge (required) Previous experience in inside sales, counter sales, or customer service Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Comfortable handling high call volume and customer interactions throughout the day Strong problem-solving skills and professional attitude Experience with ERP systems, order entry, or inventory systems is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission Health insurance available with 100% of employee premium covered by the company Gap insurance available Dental insurance available Vision insurance available Paid Time Off (PTO) Employee discount program Growth opportunities within the company Supportive and team-oriented work environment
