Jani-King of Jacksonville is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative / Appointment Setter to help fuel our continued growth throughout Northeast Florida. Your primary responsibility will be generating qualified appointments for our outside sales team through outbound prospecting, follow-up, and relationship-building efforts. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, reaching decision-makers, generating interest in our services, and scheduling appointments for our outside sales team. Success in this role requires persistence, confidence, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective clients throughout Northeast Florida Identify and qualify potential business opportunities Schedule appointments for Account Executives with key decision-makers Maintain and manage prospect information within CRM systems Conduct follow-up calls and email outreach campaigns Generate leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, and database research Track daily activity and performance metrics Work closely with the sales team to support pipeline growth and revenue goals Maintain a professional and positive representation of the Jani-King brand What We're Looking For Previous inside sales, appointment setting, customer service, call center, or business development experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented Strong organizational and time-management skills Positive attitude with a willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems Ideal Candidate Traits Enjoys talking with people and building relationships Doesn't get discouraged by rejection Naturally persuasive and confident Thrives in a goal-driven environment Takes pride in creating opportunities and contributing to team success Looking to build a long-term career in sales Why Jani-King?
