The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for developing long-term customer relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about sales, customer service, and making a positive impact. You will be instrumental in developing new business opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and contributing to our company's growth momentum. Responsibilities Prospect and develop new business relationships within the assigned territory. Promote the company's windshield replacement, auto glass repair, and ADAS calibration services. Generate leads and secure referral partnerships. Deliver sales presentations and educate customers on company services and benefits. Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure exceptional customer experiences. Qualifications Previous outside sales experience preferred. Experience in automotive, auto glass, insurance, or service industries is a plus. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Professional appearance and demeanor. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Proficiency with smartphones and email. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. Compensation & Benefits Base salary plus commission. Uncapped earning potential. Flexible schedule. Weekly Pay.
