• Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and drive sales in the residential sector.
• Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and secure new business opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
• Manage accounts and develop relationships with key clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective strategies for business development.
• Utilize technology sales tools, such as Salesforce, to track progress and optimize sales efforts.
• Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients to expand market reach.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet sales targets.
• Utilize basic math and computer skills to accurately track sales data and manage customer information.
• Drive to various locations to meet with clients and conduct sales presentations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office to create sales reports and communicate with team members effectively.
