Responsibilities Engage with customers in person to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services Drive assigned routes efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries and pickups while maintaining safety standards Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities during customer interactions Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, route logs, and inventory levels Conduct merchandising activities to ensure product displays are attractive and well-stocked Assist with heavy lifting when handling merchandise or supplies, ensuring proper safety procedures are followed Communicate effectively with team members and management to coordinate routes and address customer inquiries Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience in commercial driving is a plus Strong math skills for handling pricing, invoices, and sales calculations Excellent communication skills to connect confidently with customers and team members Experience in sales, upselling, or customer service roles preferred Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks safely and efficiently Organizational skills for route planning, merchandising, and record keeping Military experience is advantageous for discipline and teamwork but not required Embark on a rewarding career where your drive makes a difference!
