Job Description

SOUTHERN TOUCH HEATING & AIR BASE PAY + COMMISSION
  • $500 base pay (paid bi-weekly)
  • 7% commission on total collected revenue
CLOSED SYSTEM REPLACEMENT BONUS
  • $5,000
  • $7,999 system = $100 bonus
  • $8,000
  • $10,999 system = $200 bonus
  • $11,000+ system = $300 bonus
REPAIR CLOSE BONUS
  • Any repair sold over $500 = $25 bonus
  • Any repair sold over $1,000 = $50 bonus
SAME-DAY CLOSE BONUS
  • Customer signs estimate same day = $50 bonus
ADD-ON SALES BONUS
  • UV light / air purifier add-on = $25
  • Maintenance plan sold = $10 per plan RULES
  • Must collect payment or deposit for commission eligibility
  • Bonuses paid only on fully sold and confirmed jobs
  • Integrity matters — no inflated pricing or false promises ## GOAL Close clean, close fast, and maximize value per call.
