Job Description
SOUTHERN TOUCH HEATING & AIR BASE PAY + COMMISSION
- $500 base pay (paid bi-weekly) for the first 6 months
- 7% commission on total collected revenue
CLOSED SYSTEM REPLACEMENT BONUS
- $5,000
- $7,999 system = $100 bonus
- $8,000
- $10,999 system = $200 bonus
- $11,000+ system = $300 bonus
REPAIR CLOSE BONUS
- Any repair sold over $500 = $25 bonus
- Any repair sold over $1,000 = $50 bonus
SAME-DAY CLOSE BONUS
- Customer signs estimate same day = $50 bonus
ADD-ON SALES BONUS
- UV light / air purifier add-on = $25
- Maintenance plan sold = $10 per plan RULES
- Must collect payment or deposit for commission eligibility
- Bonuses paid only on fully sold and confirmed jobs
