Job Description
The Job We rent portable restrooms, dumpsters, and temporary fencing to construction sites, events, and businesses across [region]. We're growing fast and we need closers. This is a field sales job. You'll be in your truck, on jobsites, in contractor trailers, and at the front desk of property management offices. You'll prospect, you'll cold-call, you'll knock on the construction trailer door, and you'll close. The customers are out there — your job is to go find them and win them. If you want a desk and a warm lead list handed to you every Monday, this isn't it. If you want to control your income, learn a real industry, and have a clear path to team lead and management as we grow, keep reading. What You'll Do Prospect every day. Build your own pipeline of GCs, builders, event planners, property managers, and industrial accounts in your territory. Cold calls, jobsite visits, drive-bys, referrals — whatever it takes. Close deals. Quote jobs, handle objections, win the business. Hit your monthly number. Own your accounts. Once you land a customer, you keep them. Check in, solve problems, upsell additional services, earn the next project. Know the territory. Learn every active jobsite, every upcoming project, every event venue, and every competitor in your market. Work with ops. Coordinate with our dispatch and service team so customers get what we promised, when we promised it. Track your work. Keep your CRM clean. Pipeline you don't write down doesn't exist. You want to make real money and you understand that means real activity — calls, visits, follow-ups — every single day. Coachable. You take feedback, apply it, and come back better the next day. Organized enough. Not anal, but you can run a calendar, follow up on quotes, and not let deals slip through the cracks. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. You'll be driving to jobsites daily. Local knowledge of [market area] is a plus but not required. We'll teach you the territory.
